About Amy

Hi! I'm Amy! Right off the bat...the most important things in life to me are my family (my handsome husband and three beautiful children), my Jesus and capturing our life in pictures.

I feel that photos are to be shared, they exist to evoke feelings and help friends and family bond even worlds apart. I love meeting new families, taking their pictures and being able to be apart of their memories for just a moment.

I strive to bring every part of me to a session, I'm loud but introverted, I'm fun but serious. I will hug you when I meet you and treat you like part of my family. A session with me is just simply about one thing and one thing only...YOU.

Please feel free to contact me using the Contact link above to inquire about a child or family photo session in the Sacramento, California area. I'm looking forward to it.

Photo-a-day: Day 11
♥ Sacramento child and family photographer

Day 11/28: I woke up missing my Grandma today. I got ready for the day, and before I went out the door I put on her ring. I thought of how much she would love Lily. I imagine she would give her gum and then worry when Lily ended up swallowing it. I imagine she would get a kick out of watching Lily dance, and every chance she got she would kiss baby Ethan’s big chubby cheeks. She would be shocked at how tall Abby has grown and how short I wear my hair now.

She would have loved Abby’s missing teeth.

  1. Stacie says:

Beautiful Amy. My grandma went home to be with Jesus last Sunday. Your post made me think of her and all of the things she will miss. But it brought tears to my eyes thinking of wonderful she has it now. Even greater than giving gum to grandbabies..which was one of my grandma’s favorite things. :)

  2. Ok.. Odd that you and I would both post something about “missing someone”. Even though mine is not nearly as heartbreaking as yours. I’m still so sorry for your loss. I know you meant the world to your grandma. Beautiful image to post with a sweet tribute to your grandma. XOXOX
