This was my third time photographing this family! (here and here.) I was so very happy to hear from them that they were expecting another baby girl and could I come and photograph their family again. Of course! My most favorite thing to do is photographing repeat clients. I get to see little ones grow up through my lens, it’s a wonderful feeling!

So Wanted…

I walked into her little nursery, painted pink and white and all things feminine. A pink flower sat on a shelf and butterflies hung overhead as she slept. Long drapes that held back the harsh sun covered a window that surely she will look out and dream of the world that will no doubt open up for her. She was showered with kisses, hugs and sweet whispers. She’s the baby sister, two big brothers, a strong Daddy and a Mommy who’s heart was overflowing with her new princess.

Her name means “Warrior”…

…She’s a warrior in a tiny package. Her mom overcame great lengths to see her into this world. The love he has for them both can be seen from a mile away…and I got to witness it all today.

…they sure are. Kind, sweet, handsome and I’m positive when high school rolls around…they will be perfect body guards to their new sweet baby sister.

This sweet baby belongs to my good friend who I photographed here and here. These photos were taken right after he was born at the end of the year, so I am positive by now he is so much bigger and these photos will only help to bring back the memories of how tiny he was. We don’t live close by and I’m thinking it is time for honorary Aunt Amy to take a trip to him and take some updated photos :)
