During your session I am included to view very special moments between you and your family. Stolen glances, hugs and kisses, corralling children or sending off a grad. I don’t take these moments lightly…and that is why you choose me as your photographer. You choose me, because to me I’m not just taking your pictures…I’m freezing time, stilling the moments that your family will recognize the magnitude of for years and years. In a sense, I’m telling Your Story. The story that you will pass down and tell your loved ones, a story that is best told with pictures and that is why I truly believe that, “a picture is worth a thousand words.”

Where will our session take place?

Our session location truly depends on the dynamic of your family or situation and where will best tell your story. I have photographed families all over the Sacramento area (and beyond!) I don’t want you to worry about where we will have the session, any good photographer will be able to take any location and make it beautiful. Remember, it is not about the location or the background or the props…it is about YOU.

What will we wear?

Quite simply…wear what makes you feel good. Now I don’t mean what makes you feel all comfy on a rainy afternoon when you are snuggled in a hoodie and long underwear! I mean…when you step into those clothes that make you feel great about how you look. I do not want you to look like a different person, remember, this is telling Your Story. I just want you to feel great and for your clothes to not hinder you in the slightest.

I will give you genuine, honest advice about wardrobe. I’m not going to send you shopping either, I’m sure you have all you need right in your closet! We will talk all about this before our session.
